    We are seeking a talented and ambitious Restructuring Associate (3-7 PQE) to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will play a vital role in advising clients on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working alongside leading partners and senior associates.

Our team advises a global clientele on complex restructuring and insolvency matters across a variety of industries.

    What You Will Do

    • Advise clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including schemes of arrangement, administrations, liquidations, and cross-border restructurings
    • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, such as restructuring plans, sale and purchase agreements, and intercreditor agreements
    • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed legal analysis
    • Assist with client meetings, presentations, and pitches
    • Manage and mentor junior team members
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in restructuring and insolvency law

    What You Bring

    • 3-7 years of PQE experience in restructuring and insolvency law
    • A strong academic background in law
    • A proven ability to deliver high-quality legal work under pressure
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
    • A genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency law
