Trainee Lettings Consultant

Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, TW18

5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Starting salary up to £18,000 per annum, depending upon experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year £25,000 - £28,000, depending upon experience

PLUS Company Car - BMW Mini (unbranded)

The Stirling Ackroyd Group are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our successful team based in our Staines-upon-Thames branch, Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales-orientated person looking to embark on a career in residential lettings; supported by coaching from an experienced and dedicated Director, and by our Training & Development schemes, we willgive you all the skills to be the best agent you can be

Requirements:

The main responsibility of a Lettings Consultant is to build a pipeline of completed lets, by understanding the needs and requirements of landlords, and qualifying tenants in order to match them to the right property and negotiating the terms.

As a Lettings Consultant your main responsibilities will be to;

Build relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport
Generate & conduct viewings and market appraisals for residential properties
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process & build long standing successful relationships

What we are looking for:

Ambitious person, motivated to learn about the property industry and develop their skills
Able to work independently and as part of team, with strong relationship building skills
Able to listen, and maintain regular communication with clients and colleagues
Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
Pleasant and trustworthy manner
Confident IT skills, able to work on Microsoft and bespoke programs with accuracy
Full, manual, clean driving licence
