    Housing Litigation Solicitor (NQ to 5 Years PQE)


    Location:
    Chesterfield with occasional travel (flexible / hybrid working)


    Salary:
    £29,000 to £37,000 (depending on experience)


    Contract:
    Full Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

    If successful, you will perform the following role as a

    Housing Litigation Solicitor:

    • With guidance and occasional supervision where required from the Head of Department, run & oversee a varied housing law caseload.
    • Running a broad range of contentious housing cases, including evictions, damage & disrepair, debt recovery and negligence.
