We're working with a fantastic start-up who are building an epic product that is no doubt going to be a game-changer for a lot of businesses out there and of course, for our planet.


A very basic explanation of what they do - they're helping companies become more carbon neutral and do this through pulling lots of data and using automation, AI, and Machine Learning.

The Role


As there are just a few of them in the team there's a very collaborative feel and very much team effort not just within the engineering team but across the business.

Because it's pretty early stage, you'll have the opportunity to share your opinions andthoughts and will be listened to.


They'll also naturally hire more junior members of the team as they grow so if you're someone who likes helping others then this is a great role to do this in.


You'll be getting involved in a lot day-to-day such as design, dev, and maintenance of the app, working a lot with databases such as MongoDB.

You'll also be responsible of gathering feedback and listening to client issues/problems/requirements and help comeup with solutions as a team.


It'll also be your responsibility to help guide projects and ensure they're delivered on time and to a high standard.

From a cultural perspective they're people first and foremost. They're extremely flexible when it comes to working hours and you can work 100% remotely.


Even though they're a part of a larger organisation they're still very much in their own little bubble and have kept the family feel.


As this product has been built out of pure love for the planet, they're really looking for like-minded people to join the business.
