- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ottolenghi's menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and special offerings (this includes allergens)
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with the kitchen to ensure a seamless service
- Utilise your product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell menu items
- Train and coach new colleagues in service, sanitation and safety procedures
- Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformity to standards
- Work closely with fellow team members, including back of house

- Proven experience as a FOH team member in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
