    About the role:

    At Next we have a great opportunity for a Studio Production Coordinator to join our fast paced Studio Production team at our Head Office in Leicestershire. As a Studio Production Coordinator, you will be an instrumental part of the smooth running of day to day operations, managing all photo shoot samples throughout their journey in the Photo Studio. You will work with a wider studio production team across 4 studio sites, to oversee the scheduling of workload to our still life shoot teams, including model and creative shoots. You will be responsible for training all new production team members.

    You will:

  • Be the studio point of contact in relation to the management of samples - manage the enquiries inbox - resolving and responding to all types of in-house and external queries relating to home samples
  • Deal with any 3rd party projects eg. Press events, Brands shoots, Brand Marketing shoots
  • Responsible for the end to end work and production flow throughout the studio
  • App champion - train, develop and introduce the App process through the Studio
  • Responsible for training new team members on studio process and workflow
  • Locate, organise and brief the studio runners on samples required for studio/location shoots,
    ensuring we work to the planning teams schedule
  • Be the point of contact for the creative, production and planning teams to assist with any
    queries and provide regular updates
  • Liaise with production, planning and creative coordination teams on a daily basis to
    coordinate home samples across all studio sites
  • Have an understanding of all ad-hoc / creative shoots that are happening within the Photo
    Studio, and location, communicating with the creative and planning team the necessary
    shoot information
  • Attend meetings and present data, updates and communication in front of the team.
  • Communicate any system discrepancies or required improvements in Filemaker or reports
    with management and 'data team'
  • Drive company vehicles in accordance with company procedures and between sites when
    required
  • Using the studio database, check products into the system as required for scheduling and
    check out to return to relevant Head office departments/warehouses.
  • Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace. To report or deal with
    any hazards, incidents and accidents
  • Assist in Ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers
  • Deputise in the absence of the Senior if needed and perform any ad hoc duties as set out by
    the Senior and Studio Manager
  • Order and replenish packing and wrapping materials needed to safeguard sample
    transportation
  • About you:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior
    management
  • Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change
  • Excellent organisational experience and attention to detail
  • Mac/ PC literate & have some level of experience in data input
  • Have the ability to interpret data, create reports and update existing spreadsheets
  • Have a helpful, friendly and professional manner at all times
  • Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment
  • Have previous experience working within a similar role
  • Have excellent Google suite skills (i.e. Docs and sheets)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines
  • Full UK driving licence
