£38 per hour (plus 8% enhancement for Sunday working) + Plus £250 welcome bonus*~£250 welcome payment (Subject to tax & NI).

As a Support Worker (Promoting Independence Assistant) in reablement, you'll be playing a key role in helping our customers regain and promote their independence and continue living in their own home, following hospital discharge or crisis intervention.
This includes helping clients to relearn skills in their lives, such as personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing as well as support with mobility and preparing meals.
You will providesupport in a way that helps people 'to do' rather than 'doing for' people.We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and our staff are as important to us as our customers.
We offer a range of shifts to suit you, so whether you want to work a couple of evenings, weekends or full time, we have a contract that benefits everyone.
You should have commitment to developing the lives of people and passionate about providing care and support.It is also important that you have an understanding of maintaining the health and safety, and wellbeing of service users in their own homes.
Travel required – You will be required to travel around Worcestershire, so a Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
