    Description

    The service is an emergency accommodation for young people aged 18-24 with low - medium support needs who are currently rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping.


    5 hours per week, working across Monday - Sunday on a rota basis, covering early (8:15AM - 4:15PM) and late (2:15PM - 10:15PM) shifts.

    There is a requirement to work every other weekend. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 months. 70 per hour, with £1.65 holiday pay, totalling £15.35 per hour.

    Complete ongoing needs and risk assessments


    • Support clients to sustain their tenancy and successfully move on into longer-term accommodation within 56 days
    • Support all clients to participate in education, training, employment and volunteering opportunities as appropriate to the development of their skills, assets and aspirations
    • Prepare the accommodation for new clients to move into and support them to settle in.
    • Deliver one-to one and group support opportunities within client's accommodation and in the local community aimed at increasing resilience
    • Undertake housing management duties including coordinating repairs and banking
    • Experience of working with young people
    • An understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use
    • Experience of holding a caseload, conducting support plans, risk assessments and needs assessments
