Senior People Partner

WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY


As the Senior People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of People Partners across multiple sites globally.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Operational People initiatives on a day-to-day basis and will be committed to providing a first-class business partnering service and possess the ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders.


This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with senior people team members, including the Global Talent Manager, the Talent & Development Partner, and the Global Rewards and Benefits Partner.


You will be commercially minded, and solutions focused, you will enjoy working flexibly, welcoming challenges, embracing changing priorities and driving the operationalisation of core People initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of People Partners located across multiple sites ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and project execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution of operational People initiatives, including policies, procedures, and processes, to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with employment law across various jurisdictions.
  • Change Management: Drive and manage peoplerelated change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organisation, while helping leaders navigate change and mitigate resistance.
  • Policy Formulation: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to formulate and refine HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and organisational values.
  • People Projects: Lead and oversee the implementation of strategic people projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and optimising the overall employee lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with key stakeholders across different functions and regions to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with People strategies.
  • People Analytics and Reporting: Utilize People data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Generate People reports and metrics to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
  • Partner with the Global Awards & Benefits Partner to provide expertise and guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and benefits administration. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices that attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with the Talent Development Partner to drive learning & development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management and succession planning initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven experience as a Senior People Partner or similar People leadership role.
  • Team management experience in an HR setting
  • Strong knowledge of People practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement People strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage People data for decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of multi
- jurisdictional employment legislation (NI, UK, France, Italy, Poland, Serbia, USA)

  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
