I am looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join a well-established managed service provider based in Hemel Hempstead.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of IT projects and Technologies for small, medium, and largebusinesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- O365 environment
- Office/ SharePoint/ Intune etc. Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
- LAN/WAN and WLAN technologies
- Implementing new IT projects and upgrades
- Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems
- Participating in IT projects and providing input on technical solutions
