Monday to Friday - Hours can be worked either 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm - Early Friday finishes
COMPANY PROFILE
Our client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for an Export Sales Administrator to work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience within a fastpaced Admin role
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Knowledge of pivot tables and formulas
- Excellent communicator and ability to build relationships
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- IT Literate and ability to pick up systems
- Ability to take ownership of a position and work to deadlines
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Work on own initiative and in a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Account Managers order books
- Providing quotations
- Processing orders
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date and extracting data
- Answering all calls and providing consultative support
- Liaising with suppliers
- Send out customer order books
- Identifying and sourcing products from manufacturers
