We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head Chef for this busy gastro pub in the New Forest.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the busy gastro pub which also has a function room for weddings and events.
Set in this idyllic location in the new forest, its a popular choice for weddings so someone with banqueting experience as well as experience delivering fresh food menus.
You will be managing, developing and supporting a brigade of 6 Chefs as well as leading the team to deliver great food to this busy, high quality property.
