    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Liability Broker to join our broking team.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Energy, Power and Renewables industry, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in Energy, Power and Renewables Casualty insurance.

    What can you expect?

  • As an Energy, Power and Renewables Casualty Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the Energy, Power and Renewables industry regarding their casualty insurance coverage.
  • You will work closely with clients and colleagues to assess their insurance needs, negotiate policy terms, and ensure that they have appropriate coverage to protect against potential risks and liabilities.

  • We will count on you to:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on casualty insurance coverage options.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to ensure that clients have appropriate coverage at optimal rates.
  • Review and analyse insurance policies to identify any gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate changes or additions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Energy, Power and Renewables industry, including the various risks and liabilities associated with different types of operations and projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Energy, Power and Renewables industry, including energy companies, power plants, renewable energy developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients' insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as underwriters to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • What you need to have:

  • Experience working in Casualty insurance, preferably with a focus on Energy, Power and Renewables.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate policy terms, and provide expert advice.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in insurance brokerage software and tools.
  • Familiarity with insurance market trends and emerging risks in the Energy, Power and Renewables sector.
  • What makes you stand out:

  • Experience working with international clients in the Energy, Power and Renewables industry.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy, Power and Renewables industry, including an understanding of the various types of operations and projects.
  • Possess relevant insurance qualification, e.g. ACII
