McCabe & Barton have partnered with one of the world's leading investors in private equity's secondaries market in recruiting for a Head of Infrastructure & Operations on a permanent basis.

This role heads up the I & O functions and oversees a global servicedesk who are charged with providing quality technical support across three offices globally.

Key Responsibilities and Experience needed:

A career history of managing an IT & OT team and delivering a responsive, high quality and customer focussed IT services for financial services organisations.

Strong experience in people and service delivery management governing the conduct of change, release, incident, problem and change management, monitoring services and manging performance including continuous improvement

Previous experience of working with Cyber/Security function on their enterprise IT security strategy

Experience of establishing collaborative IT Supplier Partnership relationships and establishing frameworks to manage relationships

Management of geographically dispersed teams including contract, permanent and outsourced, with budgets of £5M plus per annum

Strong technical background and familiarity with operating in DevOps and Agile cultures

A good appreciation of the capabilities of Microsoft Azure technologies

Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent and ITIL certifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent in IT, computer science, mathematics, business, or related field.

Prior experience of Financial Services, Private Equity and/or Asset Management is extremely advantageous
