Description

Butler Ross have an excellent Purchasing and Supply Chain Planner role based in Tamworth working in a fast paced high volume manufacturing company based in Tamworth, this role is 100% office based.

This role will be working in the purchasing and supply chain team and will be supporting the team to ensure they keep up with demand and have a moving and successful supply chain.

Duties of the Purchasing and Supply Chain Planner

  • Effectively communicate with suppliers and build excellent rapport with they key supplier base.
  • Placing orders and monitoring stock levels.
  • Managing shipping documents and working with international suppliers.
  • Compiling reports to support suppliers and management.
  • Booking in product inspections and troubleshooting stock supply issues.
  • General support of the wider purchasing and supply chain teams.
Experience required for the Purchasing and Supply Chain Planner

  • At least a years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a high attention to detail.
  • A team player who can also work on own initiative.
  • Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn.

Salary:
£23,000

This role will be well suited to a junior buyer, supply chain planner, procurement administrator, purchasing administrator, supply chain administrator, graduate, supply chain customer service coordinator, supply chain coordinator, materials planner, stock planner, inventory planner, expeditor, or buyer


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
