Description

Ideally, the business are looking to take on an experienced finance professional who has worked within SME"s previously, can work in small finance teams & can use initiative to manage their own working day.

You will be a good "all-rounder" and know your way around purchase & sales ledger, assisting with payroll, month-end reconciliations & credit control.


Your duties will include:
Maintaining & updating the sales ledger
Set up sales orders for deliveries to customers / sending out sales invoices
Daily credit control telephone calls & sending out monthly statements
Month end reconciliation work
Match purchase invoices to orders and delivery notes
Accurately record purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50
Assist with supplier payment runs
Accurately record supplier payments against ledgers
Resolve supplier queries
Month end reconciliation work
Accurate recording of goods in records and stock transfers
Completing and issuing daily reports
Assisting with monthly payroll
Recording and reconciling bank transactions
Assist with stock takes
Assist Finance Manager with ad hoc reports
General support of the Accounts Department
