- Define processes and controls for multi-modal transport infrastructure programmes.
- Champion the enhancement of the risk management team to enable better decision-making.
- Develop and implement a best practice risk framework.
- Establish and maintain a risk management manual and processes.
- Monitor overall risk exposure and align with strategic goals.
- Support continuous improvement of risk management practices.
- Oversee and contribute to delivery programmes and projects.
- Maintain risk management systems.
- Prior experience leading risk management at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated ability in creating risk management manuals and processes.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk assurance practices.
- Experience in conducting risk workshops and producing strategic-level reports.
- Familiarity with risk assurance processes such as QCRA and QSRA.
- Proven expertise in influencing decision-making regarding risk management.
- Ability to develop accurate risk forecasting and mitigation strategies.
