An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join the Ineos Oxford institute of Antimicrobial Research (IOI-AMR).

Working closely with Professor Tim Walsh and Dr Kirsty Sands, you will examine the role of bacteria in responding to new animal and human antimicrobials

The postholder will be responsible for providing high-quality microbiological data within the burden and surveillance studies in the IOI-AMR. PDRAs will be expected to contribute ideas for new research projects and supervise students within the IOI-AMR, where applicable.

This is a fixed term post for 9 months for maternity cover and available immediately.
