- 5+ years programme management experience within global banking institution
- Deep corporate/wholesale banking experience within a major global institution
- Structured, end-to-end programme management experience with a track record of delivery
- Experience in one (or more) of: credit decisioning, risk/RWA, payments or ESG
- Business change and transformation background rather than technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.

Description
You will have a deep understanding of commercial/wholesale banking with several years of specific experience in this industry, as well as a track record of driving business programme execution within highly complex global banking organisations. This will including shaping and initiating programmes through to driving planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
