My client, a top international law firm, are recruiting for a private client senior associate to join their outstanding and reputable team in Guildford.

The firm are a Top 50 with offices across London and the South, as well as across Asia and South America.

They have over 850 staff and 140+ partners, and clients include multi-national corporations, public companies, professional partnerships, banks and financialinstitutions as well as private individuals, owner managed businesses and start-ups.

Whilst some of the other top-tier _Legal 500_ firms have a poor reputation in terms of culture, this is certainly not the case here.

You will be joining a very sociable and collegiate team, as is evidenced by the extremely low staff turnover.

The private client and tax team provide bespoke advice to UK and non-UK based clients.

Services range from personal wealth management, UK and international tax planning and asset protection to advising individuals, family offices, family businesses and fiduciarieson their clients' diverse issues.

The team includes a core of traditional private client lawyers as well as specialist advisors in domestic estate planning, international tax and structuring, contentious trusts and estates, charity matters and court of protectionand deputyship work.
