Restore Technology are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Site Leader. You will support the Operations Director with the business vision to execute the strategic and Group operational plan.

In this role you will act as the main point of contact for the facility, as Site Leader, you will be accountable for all operational & departmental activities - overseeing excellence, continuous improvement and development of processes


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all departments within the facility to meet customer demands both effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure production levels are maintained including client SLA's
  • Build, lead and manage a highperformance operational team
  • Oversee resource planning and project allocation within the operation
  • Ensure all team members are working productively and with maximum efficiency whilst following all operational processes
  • Creating KPI's to monitor daily and weekly efficiency

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a Senior Operations management role
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of business and financial principles
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, multitasking and able to think outside the box
