• Job Role– Cover Supervisor (Full Time / PartTime)
• Location –Cardiff
• PayRate: £100 to £110 a day depending onexperience

• Experience inclassroom management, teaching, or working with secondary schoolstudents is desirable

PositionOverview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will playa crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in theabsence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities willinclude supervising students, ensuring a safe and productiveclassroom environment, and delivering pre-prepared lessons ormaterials. KeyResponsibilities:

• Supervise and manage students in various subject areas,maintaining a focused and respectful learningenvironment.
• Implement pre-prepared lessonplans and instructions left by regular teachers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere,promoting student engagement and participation.
• Address any classroom behaviour issues and ensureadherence to school policies.
• Provideadditional support to students who may require assistance withtheir studies.
• Maintain open and constructivecommunication with school staff, parents, and students.
• Uphold the school's values and standards, ensuring aprofessional and respectful environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field(preferred but not required).
• Experience inclassroom management, teaching, or working with secondary schoolstudents is desirable.
• Excellent communicationskills and the ability to convey complex information in anunderstandable manner.
• Strong interpersonalskills and a passion for working with young people.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various subjectareas and teaching styles.
• Punctuality,organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe andrespectful educational environment.
