We are searching for the best education professionals to join our trust. Are you passionate about making a difference to our children's learning? Do you understand the importance of education?

Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint a professional Assistant Principal - Attendance and Strategic Lead for Pupil Premium to supplement and enhance a strong, established and supportive Senior Leadership Team.

We are a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.

We believe in putting children and young people at the heart of all that we do and that every pupil should feel safe and receive a first class education to ensure they are well prepared for the next phase of their lives, within education, training or employment.

We will ensure that all our children and young people, regardless of their background, fulfil their potential. We will do this in safe, supportive and ambitious environments, ensuring we maximise life chances for them all.

Why choose Pool Hayes Academy? We have experienced substantial growth in recent years and the academy is now a provider of choice in the area and is over-subscribed. Our Ofsted rating improved to Good in April but that's just the beginning of our ambition for the pupils and staff at this 11-18 academy.

Our vision for Pool Hayes Academy means that any pupil regardless of circumstance can fulfil their potential.

Furthermore, we believe that educational success leads to empowerment for our young people and the freedom to make more choices over their future.

In return, you can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.

We are proud to be a part of the Academy Transformation Trust family of academies whose mission is to transform learning, aspirations and opportunities for their pupils and the communities in which they live.

This commitment also extends to staff who are key to their success.
