- Schedule: Monday to Friday / 09:00 – 17:00
- Start date: Immediate
- Rate of pay: £25.50 per hour
- Conduct community visits, ensuring every patient's needs are met.
- Expertly administer medications, adhering to strict schedules for optimal treatment.
- Engage with patients, deeply understanding their conditions to provide tailored support and monitor progress.
- Perform thorough risk assessments, ensuring safety for patients and those around them throughout their treatment.
- Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in community settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a dynamic team.
