    Join us as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) specialising in Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), where every day brings a chance to make a real difference.

    • Role: CPN – Adults CMHT
    • Band: 6
    • Location: West Midlands
    • Duration: 3 months (with ongoing potential)
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday / 09:00 – 17:00
    • Start date: Immediate
    • Rate of pay: £25.50 per hour

    • Conduct community visits, ensuring every patient's needs are met.
    • Expertly administer medications, adhering to strict schedules for optimal treatment.
    • Engage with patients, deeply understanding their conditions to provide tailored support and monitor progress.
    • Perform thorough risk assessments, ensuring safety for patients and those around them throughout their treatment.

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
    • Demonstrated experience in community settings.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a dynamic team.
