• CumbriaTemporary (Inside IR35)£40k £60kQuestech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of the biggest passenger vehicle Company in the UK who are looking for an experienced Bus Technician.

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced PSV/HGV fitter/mechanic to join their teamWe are looking for Technicians/mechanics from a Commercial, HGV or PSV background.

We have a variety of shifts available so please get in touch if you are level 3 qualified with a proven track record as a Mechanic and have had exposure to buses.

This role will be for around 3 months and can offer flexible working hours, so if you are looking for 30 hours or 50 hours then please get in touch.

You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Technician that has experience working with a variety of LGV or HGV vehicles.

• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair and installation
• Setting and operating of machine tools and equipment
• Support workshops team members including Apprentice Technicians as required.
• Accurately record time to complete jobs and associated details
• Use of skills and performance of other work within normal grade/job skills as required by the Workshop Supervisor to maximise workshop efficiencySkills & Experience:
• Level 3 Motor Vehicle Mechanics City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a qualified Fitter/Mechanic/Engineer
