I am partnered exclusively with an international advanced pharmaceutical company that are growing key leadership and management positions across UK sites.

This specific hire will take management and scheduling responsibilities for all site Quality Control (QC) activities with strong focus on method development oversight and team leadership.

A strong focus on the full validation lifecycle from beginning to end is crucial in combination with solid regulatory understanding from an analytical chemistry perspective.

Whilst this will not be hands on day to day, given the size of the unit, you will need to be comfortable being in the laboratory and supporting the team, especially with out of specification challenges and development and validation activities.
