About this Role:
Mayflower Community Academy have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, dedicated and creative Teaching Assistant, to join our outstanding team and make a difference in children's lives.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have experience of working within a primary school or early years setting
- Can build relationships with and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes
- Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working
- NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable
