    Job Description

    My client is a national firm and they are seeking a career focused and driven individual to join their Family law team team as an experienced Solicitor. You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals that are at the forefront of their legal field. A great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor looking to join an employee focused company that wants to promote a work life balance whilst also offering clear career progression.

    A snippet of your responsibilities:

    • Handle your own private family law caseload from start to completion and also handle your own advocacy
    • The caseload will handle, but is not limited to, divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation and pre-nuptial agreements, private law children and injunction files
    • From time to time you will be required to assist with public children advocacy
