    This is a fantastic role for a Senior EA with board coordination experience to seamlessly cover a period of leave.


    A global company with a London team of around 100 staff are seeking an EA to their General Counsel /Company Secretary who will also be responsible for coordinating Board activities.


    You will be supporting a charismatic and demanding Senior Leader and take ownership of the Board coordination process ensuring the high-profile board receive exceptional service.

    Your duties will include;



    • High level EA support to General Counsel/Company Secretary

    • Complex and ever-changing diary management

    • Scheduling a high volume of international travel

    • Confidently work across time zones dealing with global offices

    • Liaison with board, C Suite and with high level stakeholders

    • Set up board committee review meetings

    • Support board pack creation using online software

    • Manage logistics and catering for board meetings

    • Arrange board dinners

    • Process and manage board expenses


    This role is a hugely busy remit which for the right person will offer huge job satisfaction You must have gravitas, emotional intelligence, be competent in handling different personalities, able to deftly manage complexity and pride yourself on being able to juggle changing priorities You will ideally have worked with a prestigious board in a large or listed company.
