Description
As Head of Change for this Workplace Solutions provider, your remit is to lead, drive and deliver the Group's transformation programme and associated change activities by embedding robust governance, practices and methodologies that drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
Change & Transformation ResponsibilitiesDirection of business travel, ambition and transformation to create an aligned and realistic change portfolio
Embedding and monitoring of an effective organisational design of the change function to deliver future and existing demands of the portfolio
Collaboratively and proactively work with finance colleagues to track & monitor the budget for the delivery of the change portfolio and subsequent change priorities
Clear scoping, requirements definition, solution design, planning, delivery and benefits realisation disciplines are in place.
Monitor programme and project progress against all KPIs
Lead and maintain a new Change Team consisting of IT Project Managers, BA's and the management of a small/medium portfolio whilst liaising and educating Project Leads from across the business
Manage the outputs of the team in line with performance management frameworks and standards
Communicate and embed the change methodologies that will bring the most effective delivery of the change portfolio/transformation programme
Manage standards and practices for change delivery across the business, ensuring that these disciplines are in place and consistently applied
Lead and review an effective and robust PMO function
Engage with board and senior leaders across the business, identifying clear expectations and sponsorship of change activities
Proven experience of leading and driving transformation in organisations
A track record in the delivery of medium to large scale change programmes and the successful realisation of benefits, savings, and improvements to service
Experience of programme management in multi discipline organisations
Familiar working in a supply chain & distribution business, particularly Retail and or logistics
Degree educated and Qualified and/or experienced in a recognised project management methodology – e.g. PRINCE II, Waterfall, Agile, DevOps CI/CD
