**Account Manager
£ £30000 DOE
Perth

Hybrid/Remote**We have an exciting opportunity for 2 experienced Account Managers to join our client that is a growing sustainability company.

Overseeing a growing portfolio of assigned customers and ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your contracts/accounts
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiation/organising electricity, gas and water supply contracts on the behalf of new and current customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong, everlasting customer relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Helping identify the needs of customers
  • Help develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities
  • Carbon audit and compliance reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to help reduce energy and water consumption
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company and industry services
  • Resolving queries/complaints and proactively seeking to improve working processes.
  • Identifying where the company can improve customers telecoms infrastructure.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Confident when presenting information to clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to use business software including Microsoft office
  • Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise our workload and remain calm under pressure
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to work alone and as a productive member of the team
  • To build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
