The Opportunity
Gentrack are currently hiring a PX (HR) Coordinator


The role of the PX Coordinator is to partner with the PX Team primarily in resourcing operational support, contract administration, learning coordination and all operational elements in the team.

This is a key team role with an opportunity to experience the range of people activities across a high-growth organisation - and as such are on an exciting career pathway within People and Culture.

You will be responsible for supporting the team's regional operations.

The role is an end-to-end role, we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude, excellent administration and coordination skills as well as high energy and positivity, will see you succeed.


Role Specifics:


  • Liaise closely with the Talent Business Partner, to manage the recruitment, interview and offer process to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment stage to employee induction and end of probation periods i.e., sending out offer letters and contracts and liaising with new joiners.
  • Support with various 'offer to joining' & onboarding tasks & activities for the PX function, as a part of the Global employee onboarding process & framework.
  • Responsible for security vetting and Right To Work checks during the onboarding process. (Others as a part of virtual onboarding).
  • Manage and update the HRIS systems maintaining our "golden source of data"
  • Assist with reference checking.
  • Leaver administration, to include removing from various systems, sending out exit surveys.
  • Liaise directly with Payroll (Finance) to accurately manage and coordinate payroll queries
  • Maintaining the E-Filing System to ensure it remains compliant and efficient
  • Ensure PX inboxes are managed and responded to, in accordance with agreed TAT.
  • Maintain accurate data via our PX system (conduct audits e.g. RTW documents, general employee data, policies etc.)
  • Support the team with a broad range of adhoc administrative tasks when required
  • Support on ad hoc people initiatives and transformation change projects, as part of the team goals and to enable your development and progression.
  • Supporting the Business Partners & Leads with colleague facing letters (formal meeting letters, maternity, promotion etc.)

What you'll have:


  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer literacy, proficiency with MS office especially Excel/info systems, word (mail merging documentation), network management of employee/team folders, employee data management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to cope with pressure and work within a fastpaced environment
  • Be focused on continuous improvement
  • Be flexible and adaptable

Other helpful skills:


  • Understanding of the energy industry, including key companies.
  • Experience working in tech or for a software vendor.
  • Experience in driving international growth through marketing
