    SC Johnson has the opportunity for a Payroll Manager EMEA

    The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the operation and management of regional payroll services and establishing and maintaining globally aligned payroll processes.

    Provides payroll and payroll tax processing services oversight for EMEA (34 countries) locations which includes approximately 3500 employees.

    Key responsibilities is to ensure that the calculation of the payroll is in compliance with the specific country payroll regulations while ensuring that all government reporting and remittances are disbursed timely and accurately.

    Direct management of payroll for EMEA, and oversight of all payroll-related activities and strategies regionally including payroll migrations
    Ensure that payroll withholdings are calculated accurately and remitted timely to third-party and governmental agencies
    Actively involved in the management of expatriate payroll and tax reporting.
    Maintain relationships with Payroll vendors trough out EMEA.

    Partner with COE, HRBP's, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders within SCJ, to ensure smooth delivery of the payroll processes, projects, and cycles.

    Partner with main stakeholders internal and external (Total Rewards and Global Payment Departments) to implement changes in SCJ's compensation programs
    Provide leadership and support to develop subordinates for growth, advancement, and recognition programs (remote teams).

    Lead Payroll related projects within EMEA for all SCJ businesses including aligning to the Global GPT Model, Acquisitions, etc.

    Bachelor's Degree in Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
    ~10 years of payroll experience in similar positions, supervisory experience in a payroll department required.
    ~ Payroll certifications in EMEA - preferred
    ~ Full proficiency in English is a must.

    Must be able to manage and prioritize the work of multiple country payrolls.
    Can work in conjunction with Global/ Regional EMEA internal and external auditors.
