Description

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join a housing provider based in North London.

Working as part of the capital programmes team, the Resident Liaison Officer will proactively engage and communicate with tenants, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders regarding the design and delivery of the capital investment programme, at inception, pre-commencement and handover stages.

Responsibilities:

Work collectively with the Capital Programme Team to support the successful delivery of the programme.
Develop bespoke project communications strategies.
Produce suites of project consultation documentation such as letters, information leaflets and the like.
Arrange, facilitate and manage, effective consultation with residents regarding the design and delivery of works effecting their homes.
Liaise with contractor's resident's liaison officers to ensure the Councils strategic goals are delivered, enabling the delivery of a seamless engagement service across the capital programme for residents.
Capture evidence and ensure continuous improvement against the RSH Tenant Empowerment consumer standard and Building Safety engagement framework.
Work with contractors and internal and external stakeholders, to enable access to "hard to access homes".
Ensure that safeguarding referrals from suppliers/ contractors are passed to the relevant team for action.
Review feedback such as customer satisfaction data to assess the quality of the contractor's resident engagement programme, identify service improvements and report to the Capital Programme Board and Strategic Core Group on areas of weakness, opportunities for improvement and good practice.
