We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a team in Wareham, Dorset.

As a Teaching Assistant in a Specialist School, you will have the important responsibility of supporting students with a diagnosis of Autism between 16 to 25 years.

The curriculum focuses on a range of activities including Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

Working closely with students on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will play a vital role in helping them develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess previous experience, training, qualifications, or knowledge in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care.

Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities that we value in our team members. The position requires full-time availability, and the starting pay rate is £80 - £85 per day.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.00pm, offering a stable and consistent schedule.

This is a permanent position, but we provide a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one, allowing you to settle into the role with confidence.
