A global property business is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join its growing Business Services sector, looking for someone to join the business in January 2023.

This position will allow you to take ownership of all internal communications across major corporate service lines. This is a fantastic role for an individual with internal communications experience looking to step up in their career. You will be responsiblefor developing and implementing engaging communications across various channels.


The Internal Communications Manager will:


  • Be responsible for delivering engaging internal communications across a variety of channels
  • Implement exciting campaigns that will engage employees
  • Work alongside HR and the communications team to increase retention and employee engagement
  • Promote success stories of current employees and company news & updates, ensuring all colleagues are informed and on the same page

Required skills and experience:


  • Over 3 years' experience working in Internal Communications
  • Experience in managing an internal communications programme across multiple sites
  • Track record of delivering engaging communications
  • Outstanding written communication
  • Stakeholder management
