Job Description:


The role holder will be responsible for direct line management of all Office Managers and Facilities Managers in the EMEA region with scope to expand to other facilities-related services should the need arise.

They will be a pivotal contact for key stakeholders from the business including department leads, office heads, representatives from HR, Finance and Administration and must build and maintain relationships to ensure a strong Facilities service is being provided to the business.


Main Responsibilities:


  • To ensure that all regional office facilities are well maintained, providing a seamless service to users and directly contributing to business functionality
  • To ensure we have the correct physical office footprint in regional location to support the overall business strategy
  • Create a framework for what excellent Facilities and Office Management looks like; overseeing daytoday operation to ensure a positive service is being provided to the business
  • Maintain a wellfunctioning and costeffective facilities footprint for the region
  • Ensure alignment across role responsibilities, salaries and banding to maintain a fair and inclusive system
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Collaborate crossregionally with peers to encourage global alignment and knowledge share
  • Set clear team goals amongst the Facilities function whilst ensuring officespecific support remains
  • Monitor and maintain leasing provisions for region; working with manager to ensure the correct physical premises remain functioning in the correct areas
  • Support the business sustainability targets and assist in pulling together auditing information for all offices in region
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and 'outside the box' thinking
  • Act as a central contact for business stakeholders incl. department heads, office heads, HR, Finance and other global partners
  • Coach and support regional Facilities and Office Managers outside of remit to ensure consistent operations and process

Qualifications:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicative, proactive and customer oriented
  • Very good written communication skills
  • Excellent team skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office including excel
  • Selfstarter
  • Ability to handle very sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to prioritise multiple concurrent tasks
  • High levels of initiative

  • Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones
