Required Skills:


  • Solid operational and facilities experience within a service facing environment (ideally from a professional services) including efficient project implementation and execution
- a professional and customer service approach to all tasks and projects
- the ability to plan, develop and implement processes to add value and deliver improvement where needed

  • Proactive with a solution focussed attitude and the ability to act quickly and effectively
- an eye for good design and attention to detail -nothing will get by you without you noticing
- approachable, team player and the ability to work calmly when under pressure
- a confident communicator to include strong written communication skills


Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role supporting our team of lawyers and we therefore expect that you will be used to developing a general culture of "customer satisfaction" and delivering a consistently high service


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of all facilities systems and processes across the business (excluding IT/HR)
  • Regular reporting to the COO and board on all facilities and operational functions to include recommendations for improvements
  • Implementation and execution of office related projects to include searches for new office space, new office set up and launch and refurbishments, dealing with leasehold renewals.
  • Management of Health and Safety compliance across all business functions and office portfolio
  • The smooth and efficient operation of the post process
  • Liaison with and management of key facilities and operational supplier relationships to maximise service delivery and budget requirements.
  • Liaison with internal functions in relation to operational support including IT/Finance/Compliance/HR
  • Working as part of the events team to coordinate and organise the firm's annual programme of events
