Senior Data Analyst – Manchester

Great opportunity to lead a small team of Data analysts and be the technical figure when communicating across the various stakeholders.

Location: - Manchester (2-3 days a week in the office / 2-3 days from Home)

Salary: - £53,000 - £60,000 basic

Role:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a client operating across the Transportation sector. Working closely with various stakeholders including Local Authorities, TOC's, Network Rail, TfN, and the DfT regarding collating and utilising their Transportation data. Collating, analysing, and creating models to clearly present the data to the stakeholder involved with the project.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:

• Data Modelling - Apply knowledge and understanding of the development and design of data platforms to convert multiple data sources to a clear output.
• Managing a team of Data Analysts who will be collating and working the various data sources.
• Working with the team in creating models to present the data clearly and concisely, to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse and cleanse the data if required, all depending on the source of the data and its quality.
• Understand of batching script to run repeated analysis efficiently.

Required Experience:

• Degree qualified Ideally supported by Data analytical modules
• Experience of being in a company working with data projects. Ideal in the Infrastructure sector (Rail / Highways / Water / Gas / Telecoms) so you understand the different stakeholders and data involved.
