JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accounts Admin Assistant required to join our Pyle office team on a permanent basis.
Your contracted hours are part-time 30 hours per week between office opening hours of 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday but this can be negotiable if working around family commitments.
An Accounts Admin Assistant to help grow and support Accounts & Systems team.
Full Training on our systems will be provided.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing documents & spreadsheets for the Directors and Accounts team.
- Answering telephone calls
- Filing & scanning
- Supplier invoice entry on webbased system & Sage
- Assisting with general queries
- Ad hoc admin duties
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Polite & patient, telephone manner
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
