We invite you to join our esteemed Client as a Maintenance and Small Works Manager, where you can bring your passion and expertise to our clients main contract, a household name who operate food stores, funeral care sites and banking.

This pivotal role involves overseeing top-tier maintenance and planned works for retail and commercial properties, contributing to a commitment to excellence.

To excel in this position, you should possess a trade or skilled background, a dedication to exceptional customer service, and hold a valid driving license.

Daily coordination, scheduling, and supervision of engineers and subcontractors.
Reviewing risk assessments and method statements for accuracy and compliance.
Ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.
Implementing quality control measures for engineers and subcontractors.
Collaborating effectively with the Contract Support team.
Balancing office-based responsibilities with on-site visits, with approximately 60% office work and 40% site visits. A competitive salary package ranging from £34,000.Standard work hours Monday to Friday from 0800hrs to 1700hrs.
