    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our influencer outreach initiatives, focusing on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an influencer pipeline, crafting influencer briefs and scripts, and managing our TikTok affiliate and ambassador programs and outreach. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record with high revenue e-commerce brands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive lists of potential influencers for TikTok, ensuring a fit with brand image and campaign goals.
    • Manage and execute the influencer affiliate program on TikTok Shop, enhancing brand's visibility and sales.
    • Coordinate and oversee ambassador programs, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
    • Prepare detailed campaign assets, including creator briefs and scripts, tailored to maximize influencer performance and brand alignment.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and strategies for optimization.
    • Ensure accuracy and organization in all influencer outreach activities, maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the beauty or similar industry.
    • Experience working with 7 to 8-figure e-commerce brands.
    • Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, including its affiliate and shop features.
    • Ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong relationships with influencers and internal teams.
    • Creative and strategic thinker, able to generate innovative solutions for campaign effectiveness.
