We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Marketing Assistant to join our team.

As a Trainee Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department in various tasks and projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their needs
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,857.62 per year
