Customer Sales Specialist


The Customer Sales Specialists are the face of the business, they are the first contact for inbound enquiries and play a vital role in helping the company achieve it's ambitious growth plans.


  • No cold calling _and full training is provided

Responsibilities_

  • Speaking with customers about selling their classic or performance car
  • Developing positive relationships and managing customers expectations
  • Updating customer records on our internal systems
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Liaising with the dealer account management team

Requirements_

  • Experience in a telesales based role
  • A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard
  • A great telephone manner, and the ability to talk engagingly to a variety of customers
  • An organised working style with strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Basic Salary £18,000


OTE:
£40,000 - £60,000 (Uncapped)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
