- Develop and maintain the maintenance database (TriRega) for site services plant, systems and equipment
- Lead and plan the maintenance team's daily workload, providing "first point of contact" support to the staff
- Lead and develop the ISS maintenance team, so that resources are used effectively and risk minimised
- Ensure all competences are maintained and that all training required to meet the site needs is up to date
- Manage all sub-contracted maintenance services and maintain supplier database
- Manage and control all M&E sub-contractors when employed on site, including site inductions
- Maintain continuity of all essential site equipment and life safety systems
- Served an appropriate engineering apprenticeship covering mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Minimum of an ONC or NVQ 3 qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Supervisory skills.
