Registered Domiciliary Care Manager opportunity for my Client's established homecare services in Manchester
My Client is a leading service provider in the North of England delivering over 1.8 million hours of care per year to the community, specialising in high quality homecare covering complex care, clinical care and reablement as well as hospital discharge solutionsto the NHS.
Role of Registered Manager is Full time hours 35+ per week with additional on-call hours required on a rota basis.
Role Overview:
This new exciting, fresh opportunity has arisen to become a key part and be hands on in ensuring high quality standards.
- Recruitment, retention and management of Field Staff
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality care
- Supporting clients
- Working with client and their families/ representatives
- Safeguarding
- Growing the business
- Managing Complex Clients in the community
- Attending MDT meetings
- Working with clinical teams to delivery Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
- Experience in Compliance
- Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
- Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
Experience:
- Registered management experience within homecare
- Managing High Standards of Adult Social Care
- Excellent CQC and Compliance track record
- Experience of Managing Complex Care
