Rates - Rates Revaluation Advisor

Location - Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary - £26,000-£37,000 (Dependent on exp) +bonus

Type - Permanent

Reed are currently working with a fantastic professional services company who are looking to recruit a number of Revaluation Advisors to join their team.

Your role will be to deliver a first-class service to new prospects & existing clients on rates revaluation services.

Preparing for the next Revaluation in April 202
Maintaining effective ongoing professional relationships with both Clients and VOA / HMRC
Check and send out proposals and supporting documentation
Handle client requests and queries quickly, efficiently and accurately
Work as a team to ensure monthly workload is met
Build up detailed knowledge on effects of recent revaluation, rateable values, multipliers and business rate reliefs.
Always treat customers fairly, having assessed their specific needs.
Ensuring client records are kept up to date and all information is recorded accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure that you conduct yourself in accordance with FCA rules and guidelines as issued by the company

Skills Required:

Proven financial services background, revaluation experience an advantage.
Experience of handling new business and onboarding new clients
Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner, and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
Selfmotivation, determined attitude and experience at supervising and motivating others
Will be extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.
Prior experience within B2B sector and with highnetworth clients, and a successful track record of sales figures/conversion rates.
Confident and clear telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
An understanding of client confidentiality and how to be discreet
