You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in the hospitality industry, ideally using Fourth Solutions.

This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management and Customer Success teams in every stage of the customer life cycle to provide Solution and Industry based knowledge and expertise.


You will work closely with Fourth's prospects and customers understanding their business and configuring our Solutions to meet their requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximising growth opportunities.

You will develop a deep understanding of the Fourth solutions and the ability to transform our Customers' requirements as well as consulting on best practice.

You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.


The role...

  • Consulting and guiding our customers, including on what works well for other users across the industry. Proactively working with Customers to maximize ROI on their Fourth solutions.
  • Working with project management on emerging or enterprise implementations to maximise revenue conversions for Fourth, both MRR and NRR.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and cando attitude as part of a motivated, highperformance Solution Consulting Team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and best practices for operational processes incorporating Fourth's Solutions.
  • Partners with the Sales, Project Management team, Customer Success team and technical specialists at each phase of the customer journey to provide productlevel expertise, ensuring that any potential challenges are addressed.
  • Presales engagements with emerging or enterprise customers, supporting solution demonstrations and solution value selling with the commercial teams.
  • Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
  • Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
  • Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Focused, with a high attention to detail
  • You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
