Senior Consultant - Risk and Regulation
We are seeking a highly driven individual to help build our regulatory practice.

As part of the engagement delivery team, you will manage the client engagement lifecycle, support business development activities, and develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage client projects and produce tender documents and proposals
  • Conduct market research, develop new propositions, and stay informed of regulatory changes
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand and create a network of industry contacts
  • Focus on areas such as conduct risk, financial crime, governance, compliance monitoring, and regulatory due diligence

Requirements:


  • Degreelevel education and experience in a clientfacing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, problemsolving ability, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with business development, the financial services market, and regulatory institutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Key areas of focus:


  • Conduct risk;
  • Financial Crime;
  • Payment Services;
  • Prudential regulation;
  • Governance, including SM&CR and effectiveness reviews;
  • Compliance monitoring;
  • Regulatory due diligence;
  • Training delivery;
  • Target Operating Model design;
  • Regulatory gap analysis.

Salary:
£34,403.41-£85,739.56 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
