- Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Experience in developing and delivering virtual or remote training sessions.
- Track record of designing and implementing effective training strategies for large-scale organisational transformations.
- Understanding of change management principles and their integration into training programs.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving ability to address challenges and enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work with change team to identify training needs on the new HR and Payroll platforms aligning with change impacts identified.
- Develop training materials and resources for end-users.
- Liaise with the vendor to develop training content for classroom and online training.
- Conduct training sessions for different user groups.
- Collaborate with project teams to align training with project timelines.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to users during the implementation phase.
- Deliver and align on the training strategy for the HR transformation. Ensure the training needs of all stakeholders are understood and addressed.
- Establish clear readiness KPIs and measure progress against them.
- Organise the training execution end-to-end, incl. building an extended training delivery team.
- Identify innovative training methods to ensure the readiness of the user population.
- Manage and contribute to the development the training program content and materials that will fit into the future knowledge ecosystem.

We are looking for a Training Lead to join our People Services Transformation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs for the successful implementation of the new HR and Payroll system. If you have a passion for training and the ability to drive learning initiatives, we invite you to be a part of our transformative journey.
You will be responsible for establishing and driving a successful execution of the HCM training strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with the vendor to develop a training approach and plan, supervising and contributing to the development of training content to ensure it meets the needs of the diverse group, delivering role-based training, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, creating support materials, and engaging with change agents and trainers to ensure that leaders, HR personnel, managers, and employees are fully prepared to adopt the new ways of working across the UK and IE.
